of Keep America Green
Our mission is to Make a Difference in preserving our environment and health
by creating innovative recycling
solutions to build bridges and
inspire collaboration between
individuals, business, charities
& municipalities. Keep
America Green was launched
in 2002 in Berkeley, CA. with
assistance from
eWasteManagement and wireless
industry contributors.
Recycling
to make a difference!
We
recognized that a great chasm in
our social fabric had opened in
the aftermath of 9/11.
Non-profit contributions declined by 65% while the
publics’ need for non-profit
support services increased
by 68%...a Gap of 133%!
The founders of Keep America
Green knew that something had to
be done and that due to their
vision and electronic recycling
industry expertise they were in
a unique position to provide a
unique business model now knows
as Cash For Trash.
Charitable
Outreach
Our Cash for Trash program is the perfect and possibly
only solution that enables
businesses to contribute to
charities.
No money is required!
Businesses and retailers
can continue to support
non-profits by gathering eWaste
in behalf of charities.
Internal collection
drives, and serving as a
collection site are the two
easiest ways to participate.
